One of the most memorable events took place at one of my shows in Jacksonville, Florida at a venue called Underbelly.

Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame star and lead singer of AC/DC, Brian Johnson jumped up on stage and my band immediately kicked into "Shook Me All Night Long". This is not a song that I keep in my repertoire but come on, if you're into rock 'n' roll, then you better know this song are you may as well turn in your rock 'n' roller card.

It was almost as much of a surprise to me as it was to the 400 ecstatic audience members. I was even more surprised and delighted when he insisted that we sing this classic as a duet.

The energy of the crowd and the music of my electrified musicians instantly converted this night club into the vibratory Superdome arena of sound.
The audience was captivated and remained that way For the rest of my show. A couple of my fans managed to capture it and load it onto YouTube.

Later, that evening, Brian confessed to me that he hadn't sung that song in four years. He had been asked by Billy Joel to sing it while in concert at an upcoming concert event at Madison Square Garden. He had some trepidation about this and was thankful to me for the rehearsal set. Brian is thankful to me? Wow, now that is amazing!! Life is so strange and beautiful, isn't it?

Brian and I met serendipitously in 1985 then again in 2008 and have been friends ever since. He is a true gentleman and a fine musician who is generous and humble in spite of his ferocious talent. He has become quite the fan of the Margo Rey movement. Here here's a video telling the world about my voice. I am forever and his debt.
