Severance is the product of a group of student animators to make reality the vision of director Robin Garrett based on Flume's Road To: Osaka snippet track. From storyboard to final render, the task endured a short production of 3 months.

The short film blurs the lines between live action and animation, creating a truly unique feel of ambiguity and surrealism to give new life to Flume's music.
