Please take a moment to view this short message from our Director for Strategy and People, Rachel Clare Evans, about this fantastic opportunity to recognise and celebrate outstanding work from the past year.

It’s been an intense 12 months and across Oxleas, so many of you have worked so hard to provide brilliant care and real kindness to our patients and to each other.

Nominations are now open and we’d love to hear from patients, carers, members, volunteers, partner organisations and colleagues about who you think has made a real difference.

We are looking for Team of the Year for each of our seven directorates, under the new structure which commences on 1 October. The winning ‘Team of the Year’ for each directorate will be a team who have put our new trust values ‘we’re kind, we’re fair, we listen, we care’ into action or can demonstrate improvements in quality of care and patient experience through new ways of working.

You can also nominate an individual in two further award categories this year:

An individual who has gone ‘above and beyond’ to put the trust values of kindness and care into action for a Governors' Award.

An individual who has gone ‘above and beyond’ to put the trust value of fairness into action for our Shadow Executive Award.
