The JUNIOR extension of Punto y Raya Festival, follows the same spirit and features the same activities as the “senior” editions of the world benchmark for Abstract Art in Motion. The difference is that the contents are MADE BY CHILDREN aged under 13 years old.
This Call for Entries is open to short films built up entirely from abstract imagery and sound. No representation! Only Dots & Lines as themselves. In its JUNIOR version, Punto y Raya invites children aged under 13 years old to focus on the beauty and creative possibilities of Audiovisual Art in its purest state: Form, Colour, Motion, Sound.
CATEGORIES
· MINI: up to 7 years old (included)
· MEDIUM: 8, 9 & 10 years old
· MAXI: 11 & 12 years old
Participation is FREE and the submissions must be made by a responsible adult acting on the young artists' behalf. DEADLIN: August 5th 2019
The second PyR Junior edition will take place October 4 - 6th 2019, hosted and coproduced by CeTA (Audiovisual Technology Center) in Wroclaw, Poland.

La extensión JUNIOR del Punto y Raya Festival sigue el mismo espíritu y acoge las mismas actividades que las ediciones senior del evento referent del Arte Abstracto en Movimiento. La diferencia es que los contenidos son producidos POR NIÑXS menores de 13 años.
La convocatoria está dirigida a cortometrajes construidos íntegramente con imágenes abstractas. ¡Nada de representación, sólo Puntos y Rayas como fines en sí mismos! En su versión JUNIOR, PyR invita a niñXs menores de 13 años a concentrarse en la expresividad de los elementos que constituyen el arte audiovisual en su estado más puro: Forma, Color, Movimiento, Sonido.

· MINI: hasta 7 años (inclusive)
· MEDIUM: 8, 9 y 10 años
· MAXI: 11 y 12 años
La participación es GRATUITA y los registros deben realizarse por un adulto responsable a través de nuestra web antes del 5 de Agosto 2019.
La segunda edición Junior tendrá lugar del 4 al 6 de octubre 2019 en CeTA (Centro de Tecnología Audiovisual) en Breslavia, Polonia.
