So let's start by understanding how to build a solid foundation.
Before we get to the first basic 5 Pilates exercises we are going to learn these first 3 skills.
1. How to breathe
2. How to arch and curl the pelvis &
3. How to curl the upper body.
Take your time to do them, while integrating your breath, concentration, and your movement. It's exactly these 5 exercises that will grow towards more complex exercises.
