"Personality" by Marcella Vertefeuille 2D Animation Project Statement: Whether at a workplace or in school, we all have to work in a group at one time or another. Working in a group can be a difficult task, and groups with different personality types can often cause conflict and tension. In my animation, Personality, the topic of personality types is explored through a team in the workplace. Rachel is a project manager at a marketing agency and hopes to find new ways to help her team work through their differences. She discovers that through the Myers Briggs Personality Test, she can help her team find out more about each other and work through their differences by using their strengths and understanding their weaknesses.
