A movement concept video - I couldn't get the music or choreography out of my body, so I needed to do more with this piece. Grateful to all of the amazing artists who worked on this. Definitely learned a lot about myself from this project. I felt the need to grow & found the time to allow myself to adapt. Enjoy!
