30 SECONDS EXERCISE
1. Cat - Camel
2. Frog - rock your hips forward and backward
3. Single-Leg Frog - extend one leg and rock your hips forward and backward (Left & Right)
4. Superman Extension
5. Single-Leg Quad

Complete each exercise for 30 seconds. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
