Concepts and practical techniques will be practiced to welcome the gifts we need for change. We will also do exercises in movement and touch to absorb the tools we need to support others in receiving what they need to heal. If you struggle to receive, this class can help you allow the influx of what you need. If you work with others who resist receiving, this class will give you guidelines and skills for opening new possibilities. Manifesting, healing, learning and spiritual evolution all require the ability to receive. This is your change to bring it fully into your life.
