This work is part of an ongoing project in which I am creating my own unique library of AI generated emojis from the current apple emojis as source material. This work explores our ever evolving relationship with artificial intelligence, the decreasing fidelity of the digital image as well as the evolution of pictorial communication. While using emerging contemporary mediums within the New Media genre this work aims to reference the earlier Fluxus movement as the piece does not display the final emoji products but rather the process of their creation.
