Construction on Cork city centre’s latest and largest office development, Navigation Square, is well underway. The 4-block complex will be able to facilitate over 3,000 workers when completed.

Navigation Square will bring 360,000sq ft of offices to the market when finished. Currently, Block B construction continues and Clearstream has already occupied Block A, with blocks C and D due to commence in mid-2020.

The confirmation of the financial services firm Clearstream to occupy over 70,000 sq ft, plus an optional extra of 20,000 sq ft will generate 600 financial services jobs at Navigation Square on Cork city’s quays. This makes it one of the very largest-ever office deals in Cork city.

Just 200m from City Hall, the development — which continues the progression of new ‘fourth-generation’ offices down from the city centre towards the docklands — is designed to a Gold LEED standard and will include roof terraces and two standalone restaurants.

CGI consultants, 3D Design Bureau, liaised with by O’Callaghan Properties to produce a series of interior CGIs and 3D walkthrough animation video which were used for marketing purposes of Navigation Square.
