Alerts & Notifications
With Alerts, you can manage and monitor your Digital Banking activity by creating custom email, text or push notifications.
Start by selecting More in the footer menu.
Select Alerts
There are several Alert categories to choose from. Explore your options for each category by tapping the category name.
Account Alerts allow you to set notifications for each of your accounts. Select one of your accounts in the dropdown menu.
Tap an Alert title to view the available options.
The Debit Card Purchase Alert will send you a notification whenever a purchase is made using the debit card associated with your account. You can enter a minimum amount to trigger the notification.
Tap the toggle buttons to enable a delivery method.
Some alerts are not account-specific and can be set to notify you based on an action taken in any of your accounts.
The Push option will send a notification from the app, even when the app is not open. Push notifications are not text messages.
If you prefer to receive a text message notification, but you don’t see SMS text as a delivery method option, here’s how to add it.
Tap the More button, located at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Tap the Gear Icon located at the top right corner of your screen to open the Settings menu.
Tap Contact.
Select your mobile phone number.
Tap the Enable SMS text messages toggle button. You will be prompted to confirm your phone number with a one-time code. Tap Send Code via Text.
Enter the code you received via text message, then tap Confirm Code.
Your mobile phone number will then be confirmed and the Enable SMS text messages toggle will be in the on position.
Check the Set as preferred contact phone checkbox and then tap Save Phone.
You can now return to Alerts by tapping the More button, then Alerts.
SMS text will now show as a delivery method for your Alert notifications.
