About the Presenter: Jim Hjort, LCSW is a psychotherapist and personal development trainer experienced in working with people with cancer, and with a special interest in applying cutting-edge research to help people achieve post-traumatic growth after adverse events. With training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy® (for trauma) and clinical hypnosis, as well as being a mindfulness meditation teacher certified by the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center, Jim is a student of the complex interactions between mind and body, and how to help people leverage them to achieve all-new levels of well-being, even in the face of great difficulty.
