Work from our students in the 4-H Big Red Academic Camp in Animation. Held at the Johnny Carson Center for Emerging Media Arts at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln.
The students were high school ages and learned the principles and basic theories of animation using optical toys, paper, clay and film.
They then were introduced to the basic production pipeline of an animated short including visual development, script writing, storyboarding, animatics, digital animation, editing and more.
