RedcoolMedia Mobile Apps Policy
1. Personal User Information collection and sharing
None of our application collect personal user information except Callgram. Callgram is based on Telegram so it uses the same Policy in this aspect (https://telegram.org/privacy). they officially states that Telegram never share your data with anyone.
Moreover Redcoolmedia Mobile apps like OffiStar does not collect information about users. However, we use the Admob and MoPub advertising system that can collect information to offer you ads targeting your interests rather than displaying product ads that you do not want. 2. Storing user files and data
Our application that stores user files and data are Callgram, OffiStar and the application with the label "Box" like BoxFiles or XLSBox.
OffiStar only store temporarily your documents that you want to convert. They are deleted after 30 minutes.
Callgram is based on Telegram so it uses the same Policy in this aspect (https://telegram.org/privacy). Telegram only stores the data it needs to function properly for as long as you want Telegram to function.
Cloud Chats
Telegram is a cloud service. We store messages, photos, videos and documents from your cloud chats on our servers, so that you can access your data from any of your devices anytime and use our instant server search to quickly access your messages from waaay back. All data is stored heavily encrypted and the encryption keys in each case are stored in several other DCs in different jurisdictions. This way local engineers or physical intruders cannot get access to user data.
Secret Chats
Secret chats use end-to-end encryption. This means that all data is encrypted with a key that only you and the recipient know. There is no way for us or anybody else without direct access to your device to learn what content is being sent in those messages. We do not store your secret chats on our servers. We also do not keep any logs for messages in secret chats, so after a short period of time we no longer know who or when you messaged via secret chats. For the same reasons secret chats are not available in the cloud you can only access those messages from the device they were sent to or from.
Media in Secret Chats
When you send photos, videos or files via secret chats, before being uploaded each item is encrypted with a separate key, not known to the server. This key and the file location are then encrypted again, this time with the secret chat key and sent to your recipient. He can then download and decipher the file. This means that the file is technically on one of Telegrams servers, but it looks like a piece of random indecipherable garbage to everyone except for you and the recipient. We don't know what this random data stands for and we have no idea which particular chat it belongs to. We periodically purge this random data from our servers to save disk space.
Contacts
Telegram uses phone numbers as unique identifiers, so that it is easy for you to switch from other messaging apps (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) and retain your social graph. We ask your permission before syncing your contacts. We store your contacts in order to notify you as soon as one of your contacts signs up for Telegram and to properly display names in notifications. We only need the number and name (first and last) for this to work and store no other data about your contacts.
Your e-mail address
When you enable 2-step-verification for your account, you can opt to set up a password recovery email. This address will only be used to send you a password recovery code, if you forget it. That's right: no marketing or we miss you bullshit.
"Box" applications store the files that you upload in your private cloud created in RedcoolMedia. This private cloud is a hosted Owncloud solution.
3. Deleting data

All the data related to OffiStar is deleted after 30 minutes
All the data files related to "Box" mobile applications are deleted if the user do not use the service in 30 days.
4. Advertisement
We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Applications which helps us keep the cost of the Applications low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Applications, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number.
In concrete we use Google Admob and Mopub.

5. Updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

USER FILES AND DATA
RedcoolMedia applications uses a remote repository for files that is located in our cloud servers for each user. When the Google Drive integration of the RedcoolMedia apps is used, the user files and data go through our RedcoolMedia and Google Drive servers when saving and opening such files. The user can remove these user files and data from our cloud servers using the RedcoolMedia file manager, which is provided as a menu option in all the RedcoolMedia applications.
COOKIES
We may use one or more cookies to your computer or other device. The cloud be used to improve the our service quality, including for storing user settings, search results and tracking user trends. Note that you can clear your browser to clean all cookies.
ADVERTISEMENT
We use technology and platforms to provide advertisements within the Services. In concrete, we use Google Adsense. Regarding the ads we and our partners may collect and use information about you, such as your session activity, device identifier, geo-location information and IP address. SECURITY
We take security controls to protect against unauthorized access, modifications or destruction of data. Additionally, if your userid does not open a session during 10 days we consider that you do not want to use more our RedcoolMedia apps, and your data is removed from our servers. Our Company
RedCoolMedia is part of the OffiDocs company group. It is the same team. OffiDocs is a solution hosted in two main company platforms:
- Hetzner Online GmbH, which is an Internet hosting company and data center operator based in Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner Online owns and operates three data center parks in Nuremberg[4] and Falkenstein/Vogtland (Germany), and Helsinki (Finland).
