This week’s song is one that was requested by my dear cousin, Carla Thornton after I first started doing these weekly song offerings during the pandemic.



I cannot help but be overwhelmed with the feelings that are in concert with McCartney’s stated intention for composing this lovely ballad.



Although I have been fortunate to have birds accompany, and thus improve my performance, tonight the birds had already settled in, leaving me without a net.
