Team members at Glennfield Care Home have been keeping positive during this pandemic, ensuring it doesn't spirits at the home.
They have seen people on social media making parody songs about the fight against coronavirus. People have been choosing songs that are relevant to the current situation and altering them, for example, “Leave (Get Out)" by Jojo, was changed to, “Chill (Stay In).”
So team members decided they would remix their own song, making it relevant to COVID-19. Together, they chose the song 'stop' by the Spice Girls and began writing their remixed version.
With the lyrics down, the group decided to come up with some dance moves and hand gestures to make the performance more entertaining. They practised together, following the rules they were singing about until they had it to perfection.
