The apartment is spacious (2 bedrooms • 1 bathroom) bigger than the majority of apartments in Manhattan for this price range. It's a short walk away from Delancey station, including all the bars, restaurants, shops, and fun the Lower East Side offers. Pretty much everything you need within walking distance, including a massive Target and Trader Joes.

What makes this place unique is the incredible views and a terrace overlooking the East River and Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges. Trust me; the view NEVER gets old. Each room has large windows and extra space for a desk, which makes it a perfect place if you need to work from home (WIFI included).

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, air conditioner, and has a spacious closet.... not your typical New York find.

Whom will you be living with? The current housemate is a 30-year-old British Recruiter. He is super easy to get along with, very respectful, and enjoys going out and socializing on the weekends.
