My first official project for the Buccaneers was to create this animation. Similar to a project I had created previously, I was to make a pirate ship go from the opposing team's city to Tampa, Florida. The style is very similar to the style I had been producing before joining the Buccaneers so I felt comfortable creating all of the vector graphics and cartoon players. Sadly, this project was only shown once for the one road game we won all season. I ended up not completing the final two cities because it wouldn't have been a good investment of time (because we lost 7/8 away games) and the fans weren't really behind us. So there is only 6 away cities in this video. On the bright side, The video turned out very well and I learned a lot about each of the different cities! Plus we had cartoon versions of the players that we could animate throughout the season.
